Security Deposit: $300
Receipt of your security deposit will reserve the room for you.
Check out: Before 10AM
Check in: After 3 PM
Length of stay: Typically people reserve the unit in the summer for one week at a time - arriving on Saturday afternoon and leaving Saturday morning. If you require alternate arrangements, you might have to make a short reservation elsewhere if we are booked for those odd days. We would be happy to help you find something nearby, if needed.
Max occupancy: The building policy here only allows a maximum of 6 people in one unit at a time. If your
party has more than 6 you will need an additional unit. We would be happy to put you in touch with the right people so the rest of
your party can stay nearby.
Payment Options: Cashier's check or Money Order prefered, Personal/Business Check accepted, but not prefered.

Other: Add tax of 10% on rentals of 30 days or less, no tax on rentals over 30 days. During the summer season, there is a one week minimum stay, from Saturday to Saturday. Always best to call.
